Refund and Returns Policy

This policy applies to purchases made on WrapUpShop online shop.

Overview

You have 15 calendar days from the delivery date (as shown on the carrier’s tracking) to request a return or exchange. If 15 days have passed since you received your order, we’re unable to offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused, unwashed, and in like-new condition
  • In the original packaging, with all tags, manuals, accessories, and inserts included
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase (order number is sufficient)

Returns must be authorized in advance. Unapproved returns may be refused.


Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

For safety, hygiene, and compliance reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards and e-gift cards
  • Downloadable/digital products
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Intimate or sanitary goods (e.g., face masks, undergarments), opened health/personal care items
  • Perishables, hazardous materials, flammable liquids/gases
  • Items specifically marked “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable” at checkout

Bundles & Kits: Partial returns of bundle components are not accepted. Please return the entire bundle.


Start a Return (RMA)

  1. Submit a request within 15 days of delivery via: info@wrapupshop.com or Whatsapp +1 (954) 8515055.
  2. Include your order number, photos (if damaged/defective), and the items you wish to return.
  3. Once approved, we’ll issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) with instructions and the return address.

Please do not ship items back to the manufacturer. Returns must go to our designated address.


Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

  • We’ll provide a prepaid return label and send a replacement or issue a full refund once verified.

Refunds

After your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm approval or denial.

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days (your bank/card issuer may take additional time).
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • If return shipping is paid by us (only for damaged/defective/incorrect items), we cover that cost. Otherwise, see “Return Shipping & Fees.”

Partial Refunds / Restocking

We may issue a partial refund (or charge a restocking fee up to 15%) if:

  • The item is not in original condition (used, missing parts, damaged packaging not due to our error)
  • The return is received without an RMA or outside the 15-day window (if accepted at our discretion)

Return Shipping & Fees

  • For change-of-mind returns (fit, color, no longer needed), the buyer pays return shipping.
  • We recommend a trackable service and shipping insurance. Until received, the item is your responsibility.
  • For defective/damaged/incorrect items, we provide a prepaid label.

If a package is refused or undeliverable due to an incorrect address, the refund will exclude original shipping, and return-to-sender costs may be deducted.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company (posting times vary).
  3. Contact your bank.

Sale & Promotion Items

  • Regular-priced items are eligible per this policy.
  • Items marked Final Sale cannot be refunded.
  • Promotions & tiered discounts: If a return changes the original promotion eligibility (e.g., returning 1 item from a “buy 2 get 10% off” or “3+ get 15% off” offer), your refund will be recalculated to reflect the discount you still qualify for on the items you keep.

Warranty Claims

After the 15-day return window, warranty inquiries (if applicable) are handled per the manufacturer’s warranty. Contact info@wrapupshop.com for help starting a claim.
